Sarah Sparks Sarah began her commercial real estate career in mid-2012. Prior to starting Impact, Sarah worked as a Broker and Office Manager for a well-known Commercial Real Estate Company specializing in Retail.

Sarah has experience in Tenant and Landlord representation including land, retail, office and industrial properties and has worked with several national retailers expanding locations in Colorado. Sarah has a talent for research and analysis. For Tenant Representation clients, she uses her knowledge to help choose the best locations for their business by creating a model to optimize their potential success based on location, competition, potential sales and the negotiating of fair lease and sale terms. Sarah has extensive knowledge in finding off-market deals for her clients that has allowed for unique opportunities.

Sarah thrives in representing Landlords, negotiating contracts and seeing the final project through until opening day. Sarah’s passion for making a positive impact in the community is realized when new business adds to the community’s value and resources.
